What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until 22:00 and check-out is between 8:30 and 11:00. If you need to arrive earlier or later, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSì and PayPal.
Will I be charged when booking?
No, your card is generally used to secure your reservation. You’ll only be charged if you pre-pay your booking and, in this case, cancellations or changes/refunds are not available. If you reserve a flexible rate, you’ll be charged 30% of your reservation upfront.
What are the cancellation terms?
Special offers have specific cancellation term so please double-check them before booking.
What time is breakfast available?
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 outside in our panoramic garden with views of the sea.
Can you cater to celiacs?
Yes, we can serve gluten-free dishes upon request. Please notify us in advance.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and heating.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the hotel in the common areas and in the rooms.
Is smoking permitted?
All our rooms and common areas are strictly non-smoking.
What languages do you speak?
We speak English and Italian.
Is parking available?
In front of the structure, about ten meters away, you can park your car in the special public spaces bordered by blue stripes.
Alternatively, Albadamare can offer parking spaces upon reservation and subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
Can you help me organize a transfer?
Of course, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Do you offer a laundry service?
The laundry service is not managed directly by us but a self-service laundromat is available close to our property.
How can I make a group booking for more rooms?
For a group booking, we advise you to contact us directly. We will then offer you the best solution for your stay.

When you book directly with us, we promise that you will always get the best rate, and we will refund any difference in price.
That’s right! If you find the same offer that you have booked at a lower price on another site, we will refund the difference.
Just remember to contact us after booking, at least 24 hours before your check-in date. You will need to supply the link to the other offer, which must still be available online at the time of our verification.
