We want our guests to enjoy a memorable experience at Albadamare from all points of view and in absolute safety. To ensure that this is the case, our commitment must be, and is, constant.
The hotel is fitted with a range of safety and security devices:
- Security cameras: all communal areas (entrances to the hotel, reception, corridors, stairs, rooms, gardens) are subject to video surveillance 24/7. The devices are visible and highlighted with appropriate signs.
N.B.: there are no devices installed in private spaces;
- Video intercom: there are video intercom devices at the entrances to the hotel and these are active 24/7;
- First aid kit: there are two first aid kits in the hotel, highlighted with appropriate signs;
- Fire extinguishers: fire extinguishers are available in the communal areas and on each floor.
- Magnetic keys: we have adopted a system of magnetic keys which open the gates and the doors to your room when the card is held near the corresponding sensors.
After a year-long break, our priority now is to welcome you with joy to a place where we are implementing all the directions and measures imposed by current health protocols to prevent contagion.
The well-being of our guests and team members is very important to us and, with this in mind, we would like to tell you about some of the daily measures we take to ensure that your stay with us is safe:
When guests leave their rooms, for example, the access sensors in the corridor use a specific colour to indicate the status of the room “to be sanitised”. This lets the cleaning staff know, at a glance, the status of the rooms and the cleaning and sanitising treatments to be carried out.
To confirm that sanitisation has taken place, the member of staff must update the status of the room in compliance with a security protocol and notify the reception desk in real time.
Below is a list of the additional measures and directions we are implementing:
- Our staff wear masks as required by Italian law and receive targeted training to ensure strict compliance with new regulatory measures as soon as they are issued;
- We have masks for guests for the duration of their stay;
- Newspapers, pens and sheets of paper have been removed to avoid contamination;
- We encourage electronic payment systems;
- Hand sanitiser gel is available in all areas used by guests and staff;
- All surfaces, including furniture and upholstery, are regularly sanitised using products approved by the Ministry of Health;
- Cleaning protocols for rooms and communal areas have been implemented throughout the complex, regarding both method and frequency;
- Communal areas have been reorganised to ensure the privacy, tranquillity and well-being of our guests;
- After each use, all tables and chairs are stripped of their linen, sanitised and covered with new linen and seat covers;
- We pay particular attention to the regular sanitisation of all facilities, equipment and machinery that are touched regularly by staff and guests;
- Plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware are sterilised on a continuous basis;
- Our air conditioning units are cleaned frequently and fitted with new filters;
- Each room has independent air conditioning;
- The rooms are disinfected and fully sanitised when each guest leaves the hotel;
- Toiletry items are individually packaged.
- Guests can decide not to have their room cleaned every day;
- The hotel can organise private transfers (for a charge), protecting guests from the moment they leave the airport.
