Mountain Days in Agerola, 2025 edition
In the Lattari Mountains, where nature puts on a show and tradition intertwines with innovation, Agerola is preparing to host the fourth edition of ‘Le Giornate della Montagna’ (Mountain Days). Scheduled for Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 December, the event aims to promote the extraordinary beauty of the area through experiences that combine landscape, history and culture. The programme is aimed at hikers, climbing enthusiasts, mountain bikers and trail runners, but also at families and curious visitors who want to explore the mountains in a responsible way. The activities, which are free of charge upon reservation, are led by expert F.I.E. – C.A.I – G.A.E. environmental guides.
SATURDAY 20 DECEMBER

Trekking excursion

Elevation gain/loss: +140 m / −350 m
Difficulty: E – Hiking (medium)
Appropriate clothing and trekking shoes are recommended.
It is advisable to bring water and fruit/snacks.

Family Climbing Day

Suitable for children aged 6 to 16. Participants must be accompanied by a family member.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Protected sport climbing with certified instructors. Equipment is provided at the climbing wall located on the Sentiero degli Dei. Participants are required to wear sports clothing and trekking shoes, and bring a backpack and water.
